The Suite is located on the upper floor of the XVI century Palazzo Ruspoli and enjoys a marvellous roof garden overlooking the centre of Rome, with its multi-level deck terrace of over 600 sq ft. The terrace is furnished with terracotta pots of lavender and enjoys stunning views over the rooftops of one of the world's most beautiful cities. The entrance leads into a charming living room area overlooking the terrace, with stairs taking you down to a small, but very cosy bedroom. The intimate low-ceiling bedroom has an alcove bed (1.60 x 1.99 meters) and en-suite bathroom.

Access: The suite is accessed up a spiral staircase from the building's main hallway.

Facilities: Air conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD, VCR and Dolby surround hi-fi stereo, minibar.

Maid service: Continental breakfast is included in the rental price and served daily. It is possible to be served an 'English breakfast' at an additional charge of 26 Euros per person per day. Daily maid service also included.

Our Suggestions: The suite is recommended for a young couple or a single guest. There are no kitchen facilities, however, breakfast is included in the rental price. The Roof Garden can be rented together with the apartment
“Residenza Napoleone III”
and the suite “The Blue Room” to accommodate a total of 6 people. It is possible to arrange laundry service, butler, babysitter, and beauty treatments upon request. Saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, and a running track are located nearby. A truly wonderful city apartment with a spectacular terrace.
