Villa Niobe is a historic residence with roots in the 1600s and it is surrounded by acres of centuries-old parkland. Over time, thanks to careful restoration, it has become a villa that is still very much historical but with modern conveniences such as private swimming pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and more. Guests can arrange for day trips to Pergugia, Arezzo, Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, the Chianti and more. S mall towns such as Cortona, Riccio and Camucia offers basic services and shops and are all just a few minutes away by car.
Ground floor: The interiors are filled with beautiful furniture, elegant doors and windows, tapestries, chandeliers and beautifully painted ceilings. Large living room with frescoed walls, vaulted ceiling, billiards table, dining area, well appointed and contemporary kitchen.
Upper Levels: Additional, elegant living room, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, third bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a twin loft bedroom with bathroom (with shower). Co ntinuing along the corridor are a further two double bedrooms with bathroom with shower (one ensuite) and one more double bedroom with divisible bed and private bathroom with shower.
The second floor offers two more double bedrooms with bathrooms and laundry facilities. There is also a luxurious living area with an ornamental fireplace.
On request, Villa Niobe is the perfect site for family reunions, birthdays, weddings and other special occasions. Guests may enjoy full privacy with the added convenience of the presence of the owners, wh o live on the grounds in separate quarters.
