A cypress lined scenic road leads to the remotely operated gate and the private grounds of this gorgeous two story villa. The villa is surrounded by fruit and olive trees as well as herbs and flowers and the views are absolutely beautiful.

There are 4 large bedrooms and a living/dining area with large windows on 3 sides and a working fireplace. The dining table easily accommodates 14 and the kitchen is well equipped.

There are 3 separate outdoor living areas. The 1st at the entrance to the house, has a lovely sitting area and gorgeous views. The 2nd, is a covered area in the upper gardens with a dining table, BBQ, counter and sink. The 3rd is next to the pool and also has a covered dining area as well as a sitting area.  These areas are absolutely perfect for an afternoon cocktail while sharing stories of the day. Just magical.

The villa has been restored to a high standard with a focus on the Tuscan aesthetic. The furniture includes antiques as well as modern sofas. Most of the windows are screened and the heating controlled separately in each room.

Library: An extensive tour book collection, television with satellite, telephone, internet access and fax, CD and DVD players.

Bathrooms: Five full baths of the highest standard decorated with Italian ceramic tile, wood and marble. Bath amenities include bath items from the Chianti Cashmere Company, hair dryers, bathrobes and heated towel racks. There are double sinks in three of the bathrooms.

Bedrooms:  There are four gorgeous bedroom suites ideal for four couples.  All the bedroom are airconditioned, in addition, three also have ceiling fans. A rarity to find are the screened bedroom windows.

Laundry room: Well equipped and modern. There is also a second washing machine in the 5th bathroom for guest’s use.

Kitchen: Marble countertops, brand new refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher and large double sink as well as snack counter with stools.

Fruit and Herb Orchard: Several different kinds of fruit trees and grape vines are surrounded with herbs such as sage and rosemary.

Garden: A large variety of flowers and splendid views from various areas of the terraced property.

The villa is located in Fiesole, less than 10 miles East of Florence, in a quintessentially Tuscan setting. Downtown Florence can be easily reached within 20 minutes by car and many Tuscan towns such Lucca, Siena and Montepulciano are within easy striking distance. There are also markets, golf and tennis nearby.
