1) It is in a stunning seaview location - possibly one of the best sites on the island - with totally unspoilt views and high levels of privacy.
2) It has lovely gardens with plenty of space - and two great swimming pools.
3) Architecturally it is a charming traditional finca-style home - with a very nice, easy-going but smart interior - designed and decorated by an owner with good taste.
4) It has eight proper en suite bedrooms - a blessing on Ibiza where the very few "big" houses there are tend to be over-priced.
5) And it has a variety of outdoor terraces and relaxing spaces for dining out, chilling round the pools etc..... And - it has nice owners. As it is the first time they have let the property, they are very keen to take good care of their guests.
